These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of pokii.games. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, POKII.GAMES AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR GAMES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50.

10. Indemnity
